Charming, large, southwestern style home on 1/2 acre lot with 1600 SF of living space. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Cedar. Covered deck with amazing views of mountains and sunsets. Three big bedrooms and two full baths. Large living area to relax after a day at the parks. 🐶 We are pet friendly with a big fenced yard. Just remodeled with a fresh fun western modern theme. Great location to visit Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks and Brian Head. 5 min from downtown Cedar. The space This 1600 SF home has been recently remodeled and has a large deck for enjoying amazing mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. The home is sparkling clean, comfortable, and very roomy. The large yard is fenced. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 double beds and attached full bath. There is a large kitchen, dinning and living room area. The living room has tons of seating with comfy couches. Guest access Guests have private access to entire 1,600 SF main floor including a large fenced yard and deck. For additional space, guests have the option to rent the bottom walk-out basement Airbnb. The Airbnb units are completely private and separate from each other. Other things to note This property host another Airbnb. The top main floor is one rental, and a separate rental is located in the walk-out daylight basement. Each rental is completely separate from the other with private entrances on separate sides of the home. No shared spaces. We are always happy to answer any questions. For our pet owning guests: We love pets and happy to host to our pet loving guests. In order to be able to keep this rental a pet friendly rental, but also completely pet free for other non pet owning guests please follow these rules. Thank you so much! 1. Pet cleaning fee must be paid prior to stay. 2. No pets on furniture please, unless you use pet blankets to cover furniture. 3. Please pick up all dog messes with the pet poop bags and put in the trash before you leave. 4. Please don't leave pets unattended in the yard or home if they might cause damage or bark from the stress of being left. 5. Please make sure dogs don't bark and respect quiet hours. 6. There will be an extra $200 pet fee if urine is found in the home. Please make sure your pets are potty trained. Southern Utah is a great place for pet owners and their pets to explore. There are many hikes and parks that allow dogs. We hope you and your special furry friends have a great stay!
