Our clean and charming home is located in the well-known Merriam Park neighborhood of St Paul, conveniently located half-way between Downtown Minneapolis and Downtown St. Paul. It sits along main public transportation routes and is within 4 miles of all of the major colleges and universities in the area. Our neighborhood also offers over 20 restaurants & cafes, pubs, and breweries within a 3-mile radius. It’s truly a perfect location with friendly neighbors and gorgeous historical appeal. The space Our home is a historical 1890's Victorian that has been partially remodeled. It's clean, welcoming, and simply designed for travelers and longer-term guests alike. Your room is a private room on the 2nd floor, with your own TV, and a door lock. There is fast wifi as well as a laptop area in the bedroom. Perfect set-up for working from home #wfh. There are two full shared bathrooms available during your stay. You also have access to all main areas including the main floor sitting room, TV room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. We have laundry detergent, bathroom essentials, and a fully equipped kitchen ready-for-use. Please note: there are three other private rooms for other guests on the second floor as well. You will notice art around the house - we love to travel internationally and collect pieces. We are inspired by other ways of living so we hope you enjoy our home, and friendly guests and neighbors. One-block off major bus line; street parking available. You will have self-check-in access with keypad locks on the doors. Check-in is 3 PM or later (at your convenience) the day of arrival and Check-Out is 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. We are generally available during your before and during your stay! Not suitable for children, toddlers, or babies. Sorry, no pets. :( Guest access You may access your own private bedroom with a lock. There is one shared full bathroom for you and one other guest. The kitchen, laundry, dining room, TV room, living room, patio, back yard, and front porch are all common spaces for you to use. Street parking is available for guests; please no parking in the back. Enjoy! During your stay Lauren and I are available from 8am-10pm daily. We are generally available during your before and during your stay!
