This home is centrally located whether you are going to an Art Festival in Ocean Springs, Biloxi Casinos, Golfing, Charter Fishing, or shopping at the outlets. This home has an outdoor patio with a fully equipped kitchen, bar top and everything you need to entertain and relax. This home is furnished with warm colors and natural wood accents to make anyone feel at home! The space The upstairs living entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous views. The home opens to the fresh air balcony and is uniquely decorated. For additional entertainment, you have a 70" smart TV and you will be able to use your own Netflix, Hulu, or another favorite steaming account to watch your programming. Bedroom 1 has a extra comfy king bed and is located near the front entrance to the left. Bedroom 2 also has a extra comfy king bed and bedroom 3 has an extra comfy King bed. Both are down the hallway located to the right and left of the home. Bathroom 1 which has a stand up shower and garden tub is located in the master bedroom and bathroom 2 which has a tub/shower combo is located down the hallway next to bedroom 2 and 3. The half bath is located down stairs near the bar and patio area, which convenient so you don't have to go upstairs . The stylish living room has a sofa, love seat, and large chair. The bar top to kitchen has 2 bar stools and next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 6 people. The table has a built in leaf which can open wider for more seating if needed. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right inside the home. Get a refreshing night's sleep on plush mattresses, king size pillows and standard pillows in luxury linens. Store your personal items in the closets in each bedroom and place your suitcases on the suitcase racks provided in each room. All bedrooms have Wi-Fi access to high speed internet, closet space or armoire for hanging clothes, hairdryers, bath towels, extra blankets and pillows if needed. *Iron and ironing board provided” Guest access You will be able to access all rooms in the home but the sunroom and master closet, which is locked. Guests can access the water right from the back yard or drive your boat from the boat launch right to the property bulkhead. The home also has a covered boat dock which can also be used (boat size no bigger than 23 ft) Tides get low and high so be sure to monitor the tides during your stay to avoid damage to your boat. The home has 3 crab traps off the bulkhead if you enjoy eating blue crabs. Just bait and toss for a good boil. Bring your Kayak or your fishing poles and bait and enjoy sitting in the Adirondack chairs right off the backyard. Fish poles are provided, but fishing lines may need to be redone from prior guest using them. No need to leave the home as it has everything you need for entertainment or relaxation. Other things to note The home does not have an elevator nor is it wheel chair accessible. To get into the home, you have to walk up approximately 15 stairs.
