Gorgeous recently renovated 2500 square foot 4 bed/3 bath house is 3 miles from famous Moonlight Beach.High-end furnishings & gorgeous art throughout. Outdoor living at its best with pool & spa in a private oasis including outdoor gas fireplace, BBQ w/ bar seating, putting green and multiple outdoor living spaces to lounge and relax. Wood floors, A/C, Thermador stove, dual fridges, flat screen TVs in 3 beds & 65’ TV in family room. 3 car parking in driveway w/ample street parking . The space Spacious, luxurious oasis setting . All new bedding & towels. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen . Plenty of outdoor living space with French doors throughout house . Separate Casita on property with separate entrance and private patio area where the Owner lives . Guests will have 100% privacy. * Please note pool can be heated upon request ( 82 degrees) at an additional charge of $100. per day . The summer months ( June - August) fee will be $25.00 per day. Guest access Entire Propery with exception of private Casita with a separate gated entrance next door. Other things to note The home is located in a family-oriented neighborhood. Large/loud parties are not permitted. Dogs are prohibited from using the pool unless dried off before entering the house. Reminder : During the Winter months (October- April ), if you choose to heat the pool (84 degrees maximum), there will be an additional fee of $75 per day. At night, the pool will need to be covered with a blue solar blanket. Both outdoor fireplaces are gas-generated. A key is inserted; you will need to turn it and use a lighter to ignite it. Lighters are located in the top kitchen drawer to the left of the indoor Gourmet stove. The indoor stove & BBQ are both gas. Just turn the knob, and they are self-starting. There are plenty of outdoor toys in the backyard, including a beach wagon filled with beach chairs (4), boogie boards, noodles, etc. Enjoy your stay and please feel free anytime you need assistance.
