Street parking available and free Wifi. Newly renovated, AC in every room. Flexible Self Check in The space The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed. Guest access Whole apartment including back yard. Other things to note 1) No smoking inside. 50eu fine. 2) Stricly No Parties. Property is in a quiet residential area. Strictly No music or loud noises in the backyard at any time. Music at low volume can only be played inside with backyard door / windows closed till 11pm. 200eu fine if neighbours report disturbance to owner or police. Repeated offence will give us the right to evict you from property with no refund. 3) Kindly keep all doors and windows closed if airconditioning is on and to switch off the airconditioning units on leaving the apartment. 4)Trash to be disposed of on allocated days. General mixed waste (black bags) to be taken out on Saturday and Tuesday mornings ONLY. Recycling (grey bags) to be taken out on Thursday mornings. 100eu fine if garbage is taken out on other days. 5) Lost keys have a fine of 200 euros Unfortunately a few number of guests did not respect our house rules and in view of this we are kindly requesting a refundable security deposit of €200 upon check-in. This will be fully refunded upon check-out.
