Show Lake Gem

Our lake home is located on a dead-end street and is a spacious chalet style (2400 sq ft) home with a walk-out lower level. The property is 3.5 acres with 275' of lake frontage on Trego Lake that is fed by the Namekagon River. For boats or kayaks we have 2 docks on the that are free to use. The waterfront is great for swimming and hanging out by the lake, with a lakeside firepit. There are miles of ATV and snowmobile trails in the Trego area, with many restaurants, and golf courses. The space Indoor Features Overview; We offer 3 private bedrooms all with queen size beds . A loft with 2 bunk beds and another bunk bed in the lower level bedroom. The queen size beds have full linens and comforters. The bunk beds do not have linens or comforters. I usually instruct people that use the bunk beds to bring sleeping bags or there own bedding. The 3 bunk beds are configured the same with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. Main level sleeping arrangements. 1st Bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed Loft area is 10’x 18’ and has 2 bunk beds Kitchen area and family room. The main level features a large kitchen and full bath. The kitchen features a huge kitchen island with an open floor plan that connects to the dining area, and family room. Two (3) pane sliding glass doors lead to a large 10’x 30’ Deck that over looks the lake. The tall Norway pines create a spectacular view and give you privacy at the same time. We offer Roku Wi-Fi TV that has a great selection of TV or movies to watch free. There is a 42" flat panel TV on the main level and another 49" TV behind the bar in the basement. There is also a ping-pong table in the lower level . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups, sorry no pets allowed. Lower level sleeping arrangements. Bedroom has 1 queen size bed and bunk bed. There is also a very comfy futon in the bar area. The lower level has huge custom tiled bathroom with a giant walk-in shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day on the boat and swimming in the lake. Just hang your suits up in the shower and get ready for dinner! Outdoor Features We have a large private yard with plenty of room for outdoor games. There is 1 gas grill available and ready to use to cook for your group. The back yard is about the perfect place to hang out and get ready for a great BBQ meal. There is a firepit, and lit pavilion about 150 feet away from the house that is perfect for relaxing and topping off the day. At the lake we have (2) Private dock's and a private swimming area for your use. There is room for 3 boats to tie off safely, and there is a 16 ft canoe available for you to use. The fire pit by the lake (fire wood not included). Guest access You have access to everything in the cabin except (2) locked closets in bedroom 1 and 2. I will provide some toilet paper but you may need to buy more. Please bring your own pillows, towels, and toiletries including soap and shampoo. Other things to note Note that Trego lake is part of the St. Croix scenic river-way so federal boating rules apply. This means no PWC/Jet skis are allowed on the lake. In the Winter months I'm not always there to shovel snow so you might have to walk through some snow to get to the front door. I ask that you do not drive up to the front door in the winter because the road salt will drip off your vehicle and it kills the grass in the springtime. Please note the bunkbeds are not made with sheets and linens sleeping bags and pillows are required for the bunk beds. Please bring your own pillows for all beds.
