Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$ 400.00. — Maintenance: Report any damage or problems immediately. — Trash: Discard in the designated places and keep the property clean and organized. — Equipment Use: Turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving. — Parties and Loud Noise: Parties, events and excessive noise are prohibited. Respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. — Commercial Activities Prohibited: No commercial activity or service of any kind is allowed in the property. — Prohibited from Hanging Objects on the Balcony: Do not hang clothes, towels or any other object on the balcony. — Prohibited from Throwing Paper or Objects in the Toilet: Do not throw paper or any object down the toilet. Use the trash can provided. If the toilet is clogged, a fine of R$400.00 will be applied. — Penalties: Failure to comply with the rules or any condominium rules may result in fines or cancellation of the stay.
