The space Private studio apartment featuring an open floorplan with fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker with supplied coffee, microwave and sit down dining seating area. Studio is comfortably furnished with crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Studio also provides a relaxing small seating area and dedicated desk space. Community shared laundry area, community patio with seating, free high-speed Wi-Fi and street-side parking. Guest access Guests have full access and complete privacy inside apartment. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the apartment are provided in the House Manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows & doors are locked and the apartment key is returned to lockbox prior to your departure. We will take care of the rest! Other things to note Building quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Depending on time of year of guest stays, will depend on building controlled central air/ central heat. The apartment is also equipped with portable cooling/heating as applicable to ensure individual guest comfort. Please Note: When seasonal heating is in use, the heat is provided by a steam boiler. The in apartment radiators will at time self-regulate causing a temporary knocking sound and/or a releasing of air pressure. No manual adjustments are needed, the system is simply adjusting as needed.
