Our 4-bedroom house, built in 1970, is modest and not modern, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Managua. It offers Wi-Fi, AC in one bedroom, and a TV. Additionally, there’s private parking, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The house is centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and coffee shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The space House Amenities: Parking: - Private parking is available inside the house for vehicles. Entertainment: - High-speed WiFi (+90 MB). - We have one Amazon Alexa in the house for your comfort, but you’re welcome to disconnect it if you prefer. Living Area: - Living room with sofas. - TV with Standard Cable for entertainment. Kitchen: - Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including an oven, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, refrigerator, blender, and various cooking utensils. - Ample supply of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. - Dining table. Bathrooms: - 2 small bathrooms Bedrooms: - 3 comfortable bedrooms with a variety of pillows. - Room configurations: all queen-sized bed - There is a small apartment attached if your group is bigger than 6 Laundry Facilities: - Laundry area with a washing machine. - Clothesline for drying. Other Info: - Only one of the rooms is equipped with air conditioning, while the others have fans. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the house and upon check-out. 2. Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to prevent excessive energy use. 3. Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 10 kWh per bedroom. To help stay within this limit, kindly keep bedroom doors closed when using air conditioning or heating. If your consumption exceeds the included kWh, an additional charge of $0.50 per extra kWh will apply. To ensure complete transparency, we will take a photograph of the energy meter on both your arrival and departure days. This allows us to accurately calculate your total electricity usage during your stay. Guest access Everything in the house.
