Our 4-bedroom house, built in 1970, is modest and not modern, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Managua. It offers Wi-Fi, AC in one bedroom, and a TV. Additionally, there’s private parking, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The house is centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and coffee shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The space House Amenities: Parking : - Private parking available inside the house for vehicles. Entertainment : - High-speed WiFi (+90 MB). - We have an Amazon Alexa device in the house for your entertainment, but you can disconnect it if you wish. Living Room Area: - Living room with sofas. - TV with standard cable for entertainment. Kitchen: - Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including oven, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, refrigerator, blender, and various kitchen utensils. - An abundant assortment of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. - Dinning table Bathrooms: - Two small bathrooms. Bedrooms: - Three comfortable rooms with a variety of pillows. - Room configuration: all have queen-size beds. - There is an additional small apartment in case your group is larger than 6. Laundry facilities: - A laundry area with a washing machine. - A clothesline for drying clothes. Other Information: - Only one of the rooms is equipped with air conditioning, while the others have fans. To stay within this limit, we kindly ask you to keep bedroom doors closed when using air conditioning or heating. - If your consumption exceeds the included kWh, an additional charge of $0.50 will be applied for each extra kWh. To ensure full transparency, we will take a photo of the energy meter both on the day of your arrival and on the day of your departure. This will allow us to accurately calculate the total electricity consumption during your stay. Guest access Everything in the house. Other things to note We're thrilled to welcome you to our home! - There is an apartment attached if your group is bigger than 6. This is the 4 Bedroom. It has is own bathroom. • Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but feel free to enjoy a smoke on the patio. • There is no hot water available. • Air conditioning is available in the main room only. • TV is located in the main living area for your entertainment. • Our hosts are fluent in both English and Spanish. • Should you require any assistance, have questions, or need help in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out. • Leave car in the private garage • Our home was built in the 1970s and features charming, rustic floors that reflect its vintage character. 😊 You may notice some stains or marks on the flooring, but rest assured everything is clean and well-maintained.
