PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ "OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE" BEFORE BOOKING! The space This is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, with stunning lighting and BIG windows. It also has a private balcony that is bathed in sunlight each morning and perfect for that morning cuppa! In the bedroom you will find an ample amount of clothes storage and a comfy bed. The bathroom offers both a shower and bathtub. Other things to note Unfortunately there is an issue with seconhand smoke smell entering the apartment from my neighbour below. I have done all that is within my legal right to ammend this, but if you do have severe sensitivities I would not recommend booking this place. Please bare in mind this has been taken into consideration when pricing this apartment! In my personal experience, the smoke issue is not too bad at this stage, but there is a hint of cigarette smell at times during the later hours of the day that can be smelt in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Friends and other guests agree it's not too bad at all at this stage. I believe my neighbour is keeping his windows open now that's it's summer! Final detail to note: since this is a pet friendly apartment I would not recommend booking if you have severe dog or cat allergies, as I frequently host fur babies and have a cat myself - don't worry, I take him with me! :)
