Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is about an hour away. Quality restaurant in the village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It's a very simple but well-equipped place to stay. The space A room downstairs (13 m²) with a kitchen area (gas stove, fridge, sink), a dining area (table and 2 chairs) and a sitting area (2 armchairs). There is a cupboard with cutlery and cooking utensils. Upstairs, 13 m² bedroom with two single beds and a mini bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (2 m²). Guest access Accommodation with independent entrance. A lockbox has been installed. Other things to note The accommodation is quite simple and basic, which explains the price, but we are happy to make it available with ease. It's a small two-room apartment of 13 square meters. When there are two of you, you can feel cramped. Make sure it fits your needs, it's a simple place to stay in a country village. If you want something more sophisticated, with the same services, you will need to set a higher budget, but if it better meets your expectations, it is better for you and for us. Best regards
