No luxury here – it’s all about living easy and close to the land. Expect some dust, animals, and fresh air everywhere. The outdoor kitchen is basic but fully functional. Perfect for those who love simplicity, authenticity, and a true back-to-basics stay. The space Guest rooms are located right next to the host’s home – the host lives just behind the wall. The bathroom with shower and toilet (as shown in the photos) is shared with other guests, if any. There’s an open-air kitchen with a dining table — simple, rustic, and close to nature. Plenty of parking space. 25min to Shepparton. Guest access If u wish walk on the farm ,exercise,pick fruits or fishing in the channel after 3pm when tractor drivers finish work its to avoid any accidents. During your stay I live on the same property.
