The Gingerbread House

Sweet, generous, clean and cozy bedroom. It is a quiet environment. Furnished kitchen, wireless internet available. Within walking distance of many shops. Five mins walk to bus lines. I have 3 cats who are warm and friendly. The space Cozy, comfortable home nestled amongst the trees in a quiet neighborhood. House and rooms are bright and cheery with lots of light. Price includes free wifi, air conditioning, heat (with your own controls), towels, sheets, pillows, toilet paper, plus use of kitchen for cooking. Beautiful deck for summer lounging and bird watching. Surrounded by forested areas. Lots of activities in the area including hiking, beaches, and nightlife. Off-street parking and an easy walk to bus line. Just a note, I have a friend that comes over once a week for a good part of the day and brings her 13 lb dog who is a sweet, gentle soul. House is close to Microsoft, Digipen, and Nintendo. Short drive to downtown Kirkland and Redmond. Room available to one tenant only, no couples, no pets. Outside smoking only, no drug use. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom During your stay I live on site so you have regular access to me daily if you wish. Please feel free to ask any questions or let me know of any needs you may have. Other things to note It is of utmost importance to me that you feel safe and secure, so I have put in new handles with a lock and key on all bedroom doors to help with the need for privacy. Another item, I have my assistant over during the day one time per week to work with me and she brings her 13 lb. Dog Maggie, A dear and gentile dog. You will probably be living with one other guest in another room plus myself and we share one bathroom. I help to make sure everyone gets to use bathroom when they need it. Guests have top priority in the bathroom. I have a flexible schedule. My desire is to treat my guests like family. It gives me great joy to have you in my home.
