This is a comfortable & fully equipped lower unit of a duplex to enjoy your time in Pullman. You will appreciate the home for all it offers as you enjoy "the mega deck" during an autumn evening or the gas fireplace in the cozy living room on a winter night! It's perfect for WSU football games & Family Weekends, graduations, etc. If you need more space for your gathering, check out the upper unit as well - The View House 1. Please note: No parties or events are allowed per Airbnb policy. The unique view of downtown and the WSU campus provide a setting that can be enjoyed any time of year. Sitting on the veranda to watch a rain storm cross the Palouse or relaxing on the deck during a warm summer evening or enjoying the cozy comfort of the home itself, guests will be able to relax and enjoy each other's company during their stay. Along with the setting, the ability to walk to campus to partake in events at WSU or a coffee shop downtown, the location makes accessibility within reach whether you want to walk or drive. Inside the home, you will enjoy a cozy, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and TV for Netflix shows. The dining table seats eight and the breakfast bar seats four more and is a great place to enjoy hanging out and chatting while food prep is happening in the kitchen. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each have access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a door that separates the toilet and tub/shower from the double sink vanity. The hallway bath is large and bright and also includes a tub/shower. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and TV for Netflix shows with a double vanity and tub/shower in the master bath along with a sliding glass door that allows guests to walk straight onto the deck. A final bedroom with no attached bath is setup with a queen bed. Finally, below the lower unit's carport, there is a small play structure available for children from both units to play on! Come visit, relax, and enjoy Pullman! Ultimately, we hope our guests are able to enjoy their stay with family and/or friends and the time they have together under one roof. We are available if our guests need us during their stay. There is a carport that holds one car as well as a lower space that can fit two cars one in front of the other. There is also plenty of street parking. Guests are able walk downtown in about 10 minutes or get to campus in approximately 30 minutes on foot. Getting around by car is also convenient and in Pullman it doesn't take long to get across town - the perks of small-town living! Smoking: Our policy is no smoking of any substance inside the property and needs to be 25 feet from the property if done outside.
