(everything is inventoried) The rental does NOT include air conditioning or heating. They are disconnected. The beach is quiet to enjoy as a family and has lifeguards all summer. How close to the beach is the building? We are 15 meters from the door, where the stairs are to go down to the sea, after the stairs you walk 30 meters and you are on the sand. Are there any shops and restaurants nearby? Our apartment has permission to place our grill away from the wall so as not to stain it, and to place a table with four chairs there, which are inside the apartment. Do we accept pets? Unfortunately we do not accept pets due to allergy issues. What basic things should I bring to the apartment? - Blankets or covers if you want to cover yourself. - Umbrella. - Towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, parking for one car, and all the common areas of the building such as the pool and the outdoor patio where we have a table with 4 chairs. If you use the pool mats, put them back in the apartment immediately after using them. Don't leave anything outside.
