Bright & spacious basement with private entrance

This is our basement apartment with its own private entrance, king bedroom, large comfy couch, and option to use a queen-sized air mattress. Despite the fact that it's a basement unit, there are still several windows that bring in natural light. We are located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood on the outskirts of Parkville in Baltimore County. Our home is 5 minutes from the 695 beltway, and 10 minutes from I-95 and I-83 which makes it a great hub to travel all around Baltimore! The space The private entrance provides you with the opportunity to come and go as you please. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc. if you choose to make a meal at home. Wifi is included and very quick. The TV does not have cable but is loaded with Netflix and Hulu for our guests to enjoy. The washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available to our guests to use if needed. We do have 3 dogs, who are restricted to the top 2 floors of the house. They are generally very quiet, however you may hear the pitter-patter of their paws on the floor or occasional barking during the day. They spend night-time on the third floor of the house so the basement will be very quiet when you're relaxing at the end of your day.
