La Maliciosa: beautiful house in the Sierra with a pool

Cozy chalet for 10 people in Moralzarzal, with private pool, surrounded by a large garden overlooking the peaks of the Sierra Madrileña! The outdoor area offers a private pool with safety fence for children, a covered outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue, a chill-out area and a large, flat and fenced garden around the house. The villa has all the amenities with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 bathrooms! Ideal to enjoy a few days with family and/or friends! The space The garden does not have an irrigation system, and the photos in the advertisement were taken in spring. During the summer, or at the end of the season, the natural grass tends to dry out and disappear, except around the pool, where artificial grass has been installed. Other things to note Please make sure to read the entire listing before proceeding with the reservation! :) 1) Room number 5 with single beds and the second bathroom have low ceilings. Maximum 1.70 m in the bathroom and 1.20 m in room number 5. 2) All guests over 14 years of age must be registered (Real Decreto 933/2021). 3) Once the reservation is made, we will send you the rental contract. 4) Pool is closed from 1st of October to 15th of May every year 5) In winter, a bag of approximately 25 kg of firewood will be provided for every rental. In the event that the tenant wishes to have more firewood, we can provide additional bags for a cost of €16 for each 25kg bag with a prior notice of 5 days to anticipate the demand. 6) For early check-in or late check-out, do not hesitate to ask if it's possible for your booking. We always try to accept! 7) In our house, we provide bath towels for guests (one per guest), but we do not supply pool towels. We kindly ask you to please bring your own. If you have any question related to these points, feel free to contact us before making the booking! 8) In case the tenant forgets any object in the property after his stay, the cost of management for its recovery and shipment will be 20€, to which will be added the corresponding shipping costs according to the rate of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The property is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of forgotten objects.
