Welcome to Casa de los Poetas! I hope that you'll enjoy my cozy guest house tucked off to the side of my 1940's home. This studio includes a queen-sized bed, mini-kitchen with stove/oven, and a dedicated working space with its own wifi. The space is ideal for weekend getaways, business trips, or remote work. Just 4 miles from downtown Tucson, 4th Avenue and U of A. Also very close to restaurants and shops in the Midtown Tucson area. You'll love this casita with access to everything! The space Quiet neighborhood in a central location. Plenty of off-street parking. Backyard features a pool, lounge seating, and shade umbrellas. Outdoor tables and chairs and the beautiful southwest climate makes the yard your second living room - enjoy dinner or drinks outside! The pool is maintained year-round but isn't heated. I think it's best enjoyed April through October when the weather's hot, but that shouldn't stop you if you enjoy a cool plunge. Also, as a remote worker who's worked from many Airbnbs, I know what people need to be productive while on the road. That's why I've equipped your stay with its own wifi network and router hardwired with a CAT6 Ethernet cable routed to the cable modem in the main house. No more spotty wifi! It’s rock solid and plenty for video conferencing. I provide a high-end, ergonomic X-Chair from Relax The Back. The guesthouse's work desk is about 12"-14" deep and fits a 13" laptop comfortably. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee (including decaf, creamer, sugar). Our bus system, SunTran, is free right now. No fares! There are several bus stops nearby. Guest access Entire guest house is private. Backyard and pool access will also be private/reserved exclusively for use by you during your day.
