It is a 15 minute walk to Preston Park which hosts the Marathon and Pride. Very near to Fiveways which hosts the Artist Open Houses in May. A 10 minute drive to Stanmer Park for beautiful walks. Frequent bus service which takes 20 minutes to town and 25 to seafront, near to main A27, local excellent coffee shops, fabulous pubs serving great food and a local Italian on fiveways.Free off Road parking outside premises. The room is a double with double bed,comfy mattress, quality bedding and towels. There is an essentials box for you eg. soap, shower gel and shampoo. Guests have access to the garden and outdoor patio and welcome to dine outside when the weather permits. Property is gated and fenced Guest access Acces to Bedroom, Bathroom , Kitchen Outdoor patio and Garden. Guests have their room with access to shared kitchen for heating small meals, table area, shared bathroom and south facing garden. Tea and coffee facility also available in your room. During your stay When I'm on the property I love having a little chat with my guests, but I also give my guests plenty of space to do and be and spend their time however they choose. I'm always on hand if they ever need me too. Other things to note Rooms are self- check in, codes which will be given on confirmation of stay. Host may sometimes check you in in herself when at the property, But really only a text or ph call away. Host is always at hand to help you find your way around the house and out and about if need be.
