Serene and comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and your own full size bathroom ensuite. Attached garage with easy access to full size washer and dryer. Full access to the kitchen and living areas. 2-3 mins walk to the famous Colorado blvd where the Rose Bowl Parade happens (first float passes at around 8:30 am). Also located close to the Huntington library (1.3 miles) and cal tech (1 mile). The space Kitchen, dining and living rooms are common spaces. Just put everything used in the dishwasher. Also, it's a no shoes in the house zone. There are slippers available near the front door. Guest access Free wifi During your stay Please note that I live on the property but try to leave the guest alone so that they have their privacy. I’m usually not home during the week until late and out most weekends. Other things to note Please note to go to UNIT 4!! Do not bother my neighbor in unit 1 please! Parking is attached garage. I will give you the code for the lockbox and the clicker will be on the kitchen counter.
