You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Have a cup of coffee on the balcony over looking the canal. Watch the sunset from the dock. Go kayaking (at your own risk and must sign a waiver to use it for free) come enjoy my home as much as I do. One pet up-to 40lbs is welcome with a fee.
