The space Our Greyton Road home is nestled in Cleveland Heights among families and retirees. Short walking distance to the historic Forest Hill Park. We converted this long term rental into a short term rental a few years ago and since then it's become quite popular among local graduate students needing extended stay furnished housing as well as nationwide companies seeking housing for their traveling employees. 5 minute walk to Forest Hill Park 8 minute drive to Little Italy 9 minute drive to University Circle : Art Museum, Grocery Store, Restaurants, Bowling 10 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals 20 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland The home is close to many local restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and a short drive to freeway access. There are 3 beds and 1.5 baths. Living room with Smart TV/Roku hookup, dining room seats 4 people, and a kitchen area (note: no dishwasher). Washer and dryer located in basement with plenty of storage space. There's a queen bed and 2 single beds. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Super pet friendly with fenced in backyard. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. All bedrooms located on second floor. Half bathroom on first floor. We handle snow removal if snow is more than 3". Cleaning fee is negotiable and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
