Comfortable single room with hot tub access and free on-street parking in a quiet residential area of Bristol. Convenient for Clifton Downs, Bristol University, Southmead Hospital, Avonmouth and M5 Junction 18. Outside the Clean Air Zone. Ideal for solo travellers, business guests and visitors to Bristol looking for a comfortable, affordable base. A relaxing place to unwind after a day of work, travelling or sightseeing. The space We are lucky to live in two houses converted into one. This room on located on the first floor at the back of the house. The bathroom and kitchen are located on the ground floor. We have a large back garden which guests are welcome to sit in during nice weather. We live in a relatively quiet residential street two minutes from the main Shirehampton Road which leads into Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Clifton Downs and Whiteladies Road. A perfect space to unwind at the end of a day travelling, working or sightseeing. The house is quite busy during the day so unsuitable for guests working night shifts, needing to rest during the day. Guest access Along with relaxing in your room, you'll also have access to the kitchen, bathroom, back garden and hot tub. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and hot tub during their stay. I work from a private counselling room in the garden and ask that guests do not use the garden while clients are present, in order to maintain their privacy and confidentiality. Guests will be advised when counselling sessions are taking place. Use of a washer and dryer is available for a small fee per load. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, gas oven, toaster, microwave and fridge. Guests are welcome to store food in the fridge and use the kitchen to prepare and heat meals. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Towels are provided, and an iron and ironing board are available for guest use. To avoid Bristol's Clean Air Zone when driving into the city, select the "Avoid Tolls" option in Google Maps. You will have your own keys during your stay and are welcome to come and go as you please. During your stay I will usually be around to welcome you and show you around, If I'm not then I will ensure someone is available and let you know full details of who will greet you etc. before you arrive. We want you to have the most relaxing time and will endeavour to answer your questions and give as much assistance as possible. Other things to note I work from a room in the garden and do ask that guests are discreet when I have clients. Guests are asked not to bring extra visitors without arranging in advance. We ask that smoking and vaping is only in the back garden. Smoke detectors are fitted. No pets please. Not suitable for Night Workers.
