You will have your own private entrance, living space, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Located a short walk from the beach. The nearest beach access is Access Point #11 — approximately an 8-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride. Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room with super-fast free Wi-Fi — great for streaming or remote work. Pets are welcome with a $100 one-time pet fee (covers entire stay). Please notify us in advance if bringing pets. Basic toiletries provided: hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plus complimentary Keurig coffee pods. Fresh towels, toilet paper, and napkins provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. BBQ charcoal grill located in the backyard (charcoal not provided). Large shared yard with outdoor patio table and seating. Swimming pool measures 10x20 ft and 4.5 ft deep (not heated). ⚠️ Important About Shared Spaces Some days the bottom apartment may be rented. When the downstairs unit is occupied, the backyard and pool may be shared with other guests.
