Cabin in Österlen - close to forest and sea

Cottage by the forest outside Brösarp - ten minutes to the sea. Dogs welcome! Available: Sleeps 4 Fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower Fenced in empty Wi-Fi. Baby high chair Brunnsvik is a small village in northern Österlen. House has a fenced garden. Surrounding beech and spruce forest at Verkeån Nature Reserve with hiking trails. 10 minutes by car to the beach Haväng. Bring your bike/jogging shoes and head out! Note: Dog has been in house! Neighbors are present. Some traffic from the nearby main road can be heard occasionally. Bus 4 passes by. The space One double bed and 2 single beds. A sofa that can be made into a bed. Room for air mattresses! Guest access The whole cottage. Other things to note No smoking indoors Room clean dog welcome Please bring your own air mattresses Towel and bed linen included After staying light cleaning - ie removing, washing up and removing garbage. (garbage bins are available). The area has rich nature with a lot of wildlife to keep in mind. (So no wild parties.....) Responsible burning in the fireplace - tenant assist yourself with firewood. No roller blinds in bedrooms, bring your own sleeping mask if you are disturbed by bright summer mornings. The house is 100 years old and does not heat up as quickly as a modern residence. Be prepared for simpler standards. Not for rent for parties! Filming is prohibited.
