Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom & spacious backyard/patio area. Short walking or biking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants and the Avalon Fishing Pier. Five minute walk to the sound front and Bay Drive's walking/bike trails. Fifteen minute walk, or five minute drive to the oceanfront & public beach The space Small beach bungalow. Very simple and cozy.
