Enjoy the wildlife right out the window, and easy access to incredible biking and/or hiking. 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. The space Furnished to relax and de-clutter the mind. The cabin is pet and smoke-free. We excel at maintaining a clean, modern, and beautiful space, allowing you to unwind and breathe peacefully. Enjoy a brand new queen bed frame and mattress on the main floor, and two twin beds in the loft. *Please go through our photo gallery to acquaint yourself with the steep, but short staircase and low ceiling of the loft.* Full bathroom with a giant bathtub overlooking the Bookcliffs, and our field frequented by wildlife. The full laundry room is attached to the bathroom and has everything you need. We've even used it as a quiet and dark space for a pack n' play. The large patio has plenty of seating for relaxing and eating. Rock in our rocking chairs, drink coffee, or sip a beverage and enjoy the views. We hope your stay at our cabin has everything you need, and nothing you don't! **Our rustic cabin is located under very large cotton trees and is situated next to a large hay field. Because of this, we are prone to native bugs and creatures of the community. We do our best with frequent pest control company visits as well as spraying every time we clean the cabin. We do provide bug sprays in the cabin for you to use, but we wanted to let you know you may see a few here and there that evade our best efforts!** Guest access Our guests are welcome to the entire cabin and fields around the cabin. All other buildings are off limits. Other things to note Just a few rules:: No pets No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) or incense indoors or outside No parties or events Out of respect to our neighbors, keep noise down after 9pm Enjoy!
