Comfortably decorated and furnished, this home has everything you need for any visit to Auburn. There is a selection of DVD's, board games and the dining room table flips into a poker table (cards and chips are with games). Visit with friends around the fire pit, grill out, cook and bake in the fully equipped kitchen. We have plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, heck there is a crock pot and a blender! Perfect for those moms who want to do some home cooking for their college student when they visit. AND there is a Keurig and plenty of pods with sugar and creamer for the coffee lovers among us. Centrally located just off Drake Avenue between College and Donahue, guests can easily access any area attraction in minutes. Walk to the stadium on game-days! Premium Parking(5 total spaces) for guests and friends is available off street, it's wonderful on game-days. Drive to anyplace on campus in less than 5 minutes. Home, Sweet Auburn, Home, is a stand alone house, with privacy fenced back yard, which is ideal for a large family, a small group or a few couples visiting Auburn together. Each bedroom is spacious and has a private bathroom and walk -in closet. Each bedroom has a traditional bed that sleeps two adults plus we offer a twin 12" thick foam mattress, a twin fold out bed, a queen size air mattress and two 2 couches in the living room. Linens are supplied (sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels) and the Laundry room is available to guests. Beds have foam toppers and mattress covers so they are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are stocked with towels (bath, hand, wash cloth, makeup removal washcloths, and bath mats). As well as soaps, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers, toilet paper, and tissues. The home has a key-less entry on the front door that provides unique access codes for every guest. A security system is in the home with a video doorbell on the front door. This home is zoned for multiple unrelated occupants and the owner has a business License, zoning permit, and is fully compliant with local codes and taxes. We use a strict cleaning and sanitizing protocol between every guest stay. Cleaning supplies, soaps and hand sanitizer are available for guests. Home is a no vaping and no smoking property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of these storage areas; Garage Closet, Media Closet, Hot water heater/storage Closet and the attic storage. Guests will have full access to all three walk in closets, one in each bedroom, as well as laundry room. Other things to note Sorry - NO Parties! While we are fine with guests having friends visit during their stay, we ask that no more than 15 total people be at the house at any time and only the guests listed on the reservation stay overnight. The City of Auburn has noise ordinances that restrict loud noise from ++10 PM until 7 AM ++ and we require guests to observe these QUIET HOURS out of respect for our neighbors. No Pets! We have a family member with cat allergies so we cannot allow cats. An adult service dog is welcome, but must be pre-approved at time of booking and copy of AKC CGC card provided. No Smoking inside! Vaping or smoking any substance in the house is prohibited. We do permit smoking outside and simply request guests not throw butts on the ground. During stay and at check out guests are asked to remove any trash they created. Bags and trash bins are provided. Guests are asked to not move furniture. Guests are welcome to use laundry and He detergent is provided.
