The Downtown Den at the 1866 House

In the heart of downtown Y.S. Walk to everything. Minutes to the Winds, YS Brewery, the Glen & the bike path. The space The Downtown Den has a living room with a couch and love seat, a 40 inch Smart tv, dvd player, dozens of dvds, Netflix and wifi. Our quaint dining room has a table that can accommodate four people. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC wall units, the kitchen has an ac wall unit as well. A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and drip coffee maker with Farmer owned Pachamama Organic coffee and sugar provided. The bathroom has a shower and tub. **Please note that in order to access the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first bedroom. There is a door in between the rooms**. RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN YS, this historic home built in 1866 houses two airbnb units. The Village Vista accommodates four adults & is a light filled 800 sq foot second floor unit with two bdrms, each with a queen bed & ac window unit. **This is an older building with beautiful but squeaky wood floors. This is a ground level unit with an unit above it. Light sleepers should be aware there is noise from the unit above and there is bar right across the street that can occasionally bring noise on holidays or summer weekends. A sound machine and ear plugs are provided. ** Dogs are welcome with preapproval only. No other animals are permitted. Please email the breed. No excessive barking or scratching. No unleashed dogs on the property please. There is no smoking in the unit. You will be charged a $250 fee and possible smell abatement fees for smoking in the unit or allowing smoke in the unit. Guest access The apartment is ground level with two private entrances. You have access at anytime with a keyless lock entry. There is a designated parking spot for the airbnb that can accommodate two cars. There is ample street parking available as well. This is in downtown Y.S. with the Winds Cafe and bike path one block away. The basement and other patios are off limits unless given prior approval. You have access to your entire unit and patio. Please do not use the laundry facilities on site. There is a laundromat across the street.
