The front porch and a back balcony are all for you. If you wish to use the backyard, you are very welcome. Let me know to put the pups inside, so you are not being trained to play ball by them. :) Other things to note The house is on a level above Los Olivos with other houses next door. The neighbors appreciate no outside voices by their bedroom windows after 10 PM and to turn off the air-conditioner and open the windows since all evenings are 60 degrees by a couple of hours after dark. Otherwise, the compressor goes on and off all night long under the neighbors window.
