Beautiful family-friendly home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Large in-ground pool, surrounded by a huge deck w/ spacious outdoor shower and new Weber grill. Master bedroom w/ en suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms, w/queen or double beds. Spacious living rooms, well-appointed kitchen & dining room. Upgraded bathrooms, furnished basement w/ kid toys & gym quality treadmill. Tennis at the resident only court w/ tennis ball machine. A short drive to cooper, flying point, & sag main beach. The space Private space with fenced-in yard. Washer & dryer. House is fully stocked with linens, towels, and indoor/outdoor kitchenware. Beach chairs and towels provided. Tennis ball machine & rackets available free for use. Gym quality treadmill & rowing machine on-site. Dogs are allowed upon request for an additional fee. In-ground pool is heated Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pool heating, up to 79 degrees, is included in the cost of reservations. Higher temperatures may be accommodated on an as requested basis for an additional charge, depending on the desired temperature. No Smoking anywhere on property. Using glassware around the pool area is strictly forbidden. This is our family home, and we are hosting for our third year. We aim to exceed your expectations, and hope that you will be able to create beautiful memories here, as have we. We are seeking only conscientious and considerate guests who will treat our home and belongings with respect.
