Heated pool, luxury family beach house

Relax by the pool or stroll to the beach in 5 minutes. This lovely holiday house is north facing, so always filled with light and has wide open spaces, overlooking a garden and pool. There are plenty of spaces to relax - whether it is to read a book out in the sun by the pool; on the balcony overlooking the nature reserve or on the sofa watching a movie. An entertainer's domain, with gas BBQ, heated pool, outdoor lounges and indoor pool table, board games and widescreen TV - great for families. The space Built recently and furnished to a luxurious standard, our two storey open plan beach house is perfect for families and groups to enjoy a relaxing holiday close by to beautiful boomerang beach, Smiths Lakes, and the Booti Booti National park. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with ensuite double bathroom and a walk in wardrobe, spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen opening out to the rear entertaining area complete with covered patio, bbq, sundeck, and heated saltwater swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with butlers pantry providing everything you’ll need to host your group including large oven and gas cooker, fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine microwave, smoothie maker, tea/coffee and the pantry stocked with all the basics. The dining room comfortably seats 10 at a 3 metre dining table overlooking the pool area; living area with big screen TV; garage which also houses a pool table and fully equipped laundry and additional WC There is also a study space if you need to do any WFH. Garden outside has outdoor seating area, two sun lounger chairs, a pool that can be heated; a large BBQ and grass area; clothes line. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms - one King size bed; one Queen and the final room has 4 single beds over 2 bunks. Bathroom with bath and shower; separate toilet. The Queen size room has an extra TV and can sit a few people (especially small ones!) if not all guests want to watch the same thing on TV. It also has a balcony looking out over the nature reserve for great sunsets. The garage can park one car and the drive way can park 3 cars comfortably. The house is situated across from a large oval and is a 5 min walk from the beach using the walk way off Boomerang Road at the end of the street. Guest access All parts of the house accessible, though we have a cupboard or two locked with our belongings in.
