Ground-floor flatlet, situated below our house, located in upper Green Point overlooking the ocean, Cape Town Stadium and Waterfront/Harbour view. We are conveniently located and within minutes from the Sea Point Promenade, CBD, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront + Cape Town's famous beaches. Only on-street parking is available, however, we encourage using Uber. The unit has backup power (loadshedding) on most appliances, including lights and Wi-Fi. The space Our recently redecorated apartment opens onto a garden patio, providing guests with a beautiful outdoor area to relax. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/study and bedroom. A space curated with local artisanal pieces and products. Plant enthusiasts will feel at home during their stay. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer, but guests have access to a washing line. Guest access While the property is shared with the owners (and darling dog), guests will have access to their own patio and lawn. The pool area is shared with owners, however, we would appreciate if you enjoyed this area as a guest and remember we are sharing the property (if you wish to have friends/family over please message us first) Other things to note Owners reside full time on the same property, as well as another listed space situated at the top of the property that may be occupied during your stay. There is a pool, available for swimming but for guests and owners only. No visitors pls. Backup power (loadshedding) on most appliances, except ovens and geysers. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently a building being developed next door. This is expected to start from October 2025 and end November 2026. All the major digging and demolition has been completed and working hours are limited to the day time. We do not have control of the project but do not deem this necessarily disruptive to guests (especially for this unit)
