The suite has 1 large bedroom w/ a queen bed, a study w/ a twin XL bed, and a bathroom. Equipped w/ all new amenities, 75" Sony UHD TV w/ stereo, adjustable height desk, mini-fridge, home safe. Perfect for a traveling executive, a couple (+1 kid) or two co-workers/friends! The space The Penthouse Suite is part of a single family house, not a separate apartment. You enter from the main entrance of the house and go through the staircase to the third/top floor. The Penthouse Suite occupies the entire top floor, with nearly 1,000 sq indoor/outdoor space. I live in the house, which is my primary residence, and work in downtown San Francisco. You will not see me much but I’m always just a text or phone call away! Free parking on site (double curb cut allows parallel parking of the largest vehicle). Guest access When you stay here, you will have the entire top floor to yourself. Kitchen and other common areas are not included in this listing. A microwave is a available upon request. Laundry room is on the ground floor and free for guests and shared with owner. Free parking provided on site, either in one of the garages (compact) or curb side in front of the garages (can accommodate the largest SUV). During your stay This 4-level single family house is my primary residence and I will be living in the house on a separate level during your stay. Although I’m often away for work during the day, I’m available to help with anything you might need.
