The bungalow has two bedrooms (sleeps four), one master bedroom with king bed and 2nd bedroom with sofa bed (with pocket sprung mattress). Open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The main bathroom has a large shower and bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower. Outside, there is a decked area to the front, a generous sized garden at the back with bbq and pizza oven. The bungalow has views from the front deck and rear garden. The bungalow has been modernised keeping original parquet flooring throughout. Design is mid century modern, barn style inspiration with oak doors and latch handles. Venetian plaster has been used in the bathroom for a touch of luxury. A simple palette has been used inside and out. Guest access Audrey Close is located in within a few miles of country walks, cycle routes and nature reserves. Parking for one car is provided close-by but please note the bungalow is reached by foot, via 43 stairs. There is also a path part of the way (so you can de-tour to cut out a few steps). It's worth it for the view and tranquillity. Unfortunately, because of the stairs location, we’re unable to offer full disabled access and facilities. Other things to note The 2nd bedroom with sofa bed has limited space one the bed itself is out. The garden furniture is put away in autumn/winter. Apart from chairs and table on front deck.
