Recently renovated, The Lodge is a detached 2 bed cottage of c. 1,200 sq ft, set within its own garden along with a private drive - a comfortable retreat in the Surrey Hills, surrounded by open countryside, walking trails and cycle ways. We've tried to provide everything you'll need to ensure the cottage provides a true escape while feeling like a home from home. The space Upstairs is an en-suite double bedroom (king bed), the 2nd bedroom (2 singles or 1 super-king) and the family bathroom. Downstairs you'll find the open plan kitchen dining room, a WC, reading space next to a set of sliding doors and a lounge with its own sliding doors to the garden. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the garden immediately around The Lodge, as well as the detached garage for storage (e.g. bikes). The outdoor tennis court can be used by arrangement. We'd ask you not to use the rest of the gardens as we keep this for our family only.
