Cozy house with fireplace quietly located in the forest

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 14 residents in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind, especially for families with children. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and two cats, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes. The space The living room is located in the basement of our vacation home. Here you will find plenty of seating, a TV and a water-carrying fireplace that provides cozy warmth in addition to the geothermal heating. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room. From here you also have the possibility to get outside to the covered terrace. Garden furniture with seat covers and a grill are at your disposal. Smoking is also allowed outside. In the basement there is a bathroom. The stairs take you to the upper floor. There is a desk in the hallway. The children's room is equipped with a sturdy bunk bed which is also suitable for adults. The large bedroom is right next door. Here you have comfortable seating furniture as well as a double bed 180 x 200 cm. A safety gate for small children can be easily attached at the top of the stairs. If you have small children and need a baby crib or high chair, I'll be happy to provide it for you. The meadow behind the house may be used. No smoking in the house and no pets allowed. Free parking is available in our yard or on the street. The bedrooms all contain insect protection windows. We reside, live and work on this farm. Chickens, sheep, two cats, as well as 2 adults and 2 children. Guest access During your stay, you will use the vacation home for your self. The same applies to the covered terrace. Other things to note Bed linens are included in the rental price. Please bring towels.
