Enjoy the wrap around deck which over looks Rangeley lake with Doc's island and Bald mountain in the background. The Swanton house welcomes you to enjoy this hillside retreat. The space This two level house is located hillside of Rangeley lake. There is a driveway down from Main road that takes you to the parking area where up to four cars can park. A longer drive next to house for additional parking if needed. We ask that the side of the house be kept clear for deliveries and access for shed. Parking with permission. Enter the house via parking area and you are in the Great Space where full kitchen, dining area, and living room are all located. Master bed and bath and queen sized bed with second bathroom are also located on this level as well as laundry. At the far end of the great space is a closet with lending items such as life vests and rain ponchos and spar blanket throw. At the far end is the stair case down to the second door day-light basement. Once down the stairs you are in the second living space that has an entertainment center with TV, Dish Network, ONN for streaming services, and assorted board games and books for your entertainment. Foos ball table is here as well. Third bedroom with King bed and third bathroom. To get to the lake it will require multiple stairs as we are hillside of the lake. Once lake side we have a full deck which extends out in to water for swimming and fishing. Fishing is exceptional here as we are located on Salmons ledge one of the lakes popular fishing spots. If you don’t want to go to the lake, enjoy the partially covered deck that wraps around half the house lakeside. Under the covered part enjoy the humming birds as they frequent the feeders on the deck. Where ever you decide to spend your time while here, every sunset will surely inspire you. The view is incredible so much so pictures do not do it justice. Come see for your self and make some wonderful memories!
