Walking distance to many bars and restaurants as well as Eden Prairie Mall and Hennepin Tech College Lots of hiking Trails and lakes nearby for the Outdoorsy folks. 20 minute drive to the Airport, Downtown or MOA. This is a perfect spot for a intern or student that is working/studying in the Twin Cities. There is a dog in the property, very friendly and energetic. Central location close to schools, highways, hospitals and public transportation. Second level town house, you need to go up a flight of stairs to go in, and downstairs to go out. There is no elevator. Your room has a queen bed, a night stand, dresser, lamps, space heater, and a large closet. Recently installed hardwood flooring and carpet. New bed in guest room. Newly remodeled bathroom. (Shared) We will be sharing kithcen, bath and living room, as well as keeping them clean. Living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen are all shared spaces. Parking in designated areas, I will need to register your car with association so you are not towed in case of a snow emergency. Communication is a good friend of mine, I prefer to talk in person, but if I'm unavailable, Text or call is the easiest and fastest way to reach me. My schedule changes a lot so I'm home at different times on different days. Most days I get home late, depending on how busy work is. Very quiet town home community, friendly neighbors, conviniet for commuting any where in the Twin Cities, Mall America, Mystic Lake casino and Downtown are 20 minutes away. This a extended stay so let me know of anything that concerns you during your stay. During the summer you may walk, bike, run, anywhere. Bus stop is across the street. Uber and Lyft is very good in the area. Do not recommend walking anywhere in winter. Lola my dog, is large and very friendly, you should deffinelty love dogs and not be allergic to them. It is important not to leave any food with in Lola's reach or she will most likely eat it. Also things you care about should be kept safe to avoid her chewing on them.
