Nestled in the greenery, on the edge of the forest, it offers a high level of privacy. It has a private park of 5,000 square meters, with olive trees, oaks and other plants. The view is breathtaking Although isolated, in the same place, there are two other private houses, several dozen meters away from mine. The town that hosts it, Saludecio, is a painted, charming, not too touristy village with various services such as bars, restaurants, bakery, food tobacco, banks, and an outdoor public gym. You can also get to the center on foot, covering a distance of 1.5 km. Near Saludecio is Mondaino, Montefiore and other beautiful villages such as Gradara and San Giovanni in Marignano I recommend it not to those who want to take the classic vacation on the Romagna coast but to those who need a regenerating experience in contact with nature, to those who need peace, silence, to lovers of yoga and meditation but also to those who love outdoor sports, mountain biking, cycling, trekking The furnishings were entirely made by me, with recycled materials. Every object present is full of energy that comes from the love poured into making it. I deliberately did not install the internet or TV, no magnetic waves but books and music. There are two double rooms, one on the ground floor and one loft, a large bathroom overlooking the olive grove, and a room with a fireplace. Indoor and outdoor kitchen, with a ground grill for cooking over the fire. On the terrace, you will find five more beds to sleep under the stars plus a hammock. Guest access Everything you will find in the house and park is for your exclusive use, private parking, a small swimming pool to float on a comfortable mattress during the day and at night on sultry days, Other things to note The dirt road leading to the house, 400 meters, has a small, slightly steeper stretch where light rear-wheel drive cars may have difficulty climbing. A 4x4 would be optimal for inexperienced drivers As the house is in a natural park, there is a varied fauna ranging from wild boar, roe deer, foxes and birds.
