Strollers & bikes safely stowed, e-bikes charge overnight, barbecue for evenings. Workation with high-speed internet. Experience nature, relax – just arrive and feel good. The space Your accommodation – feel good for the whole family Our house was completely renovated in 2020, the ground floor apartment has been newly furnished since 2023 – modern, cozy and perfect for families. Sleep & Relax Two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds (180 x 200) for relaxing nights. A fully equipped workplace with high-speed Internet is available for workation. Cooking & enjoying The kitchen is fully equipped – ideal for cooking and baking. Basic ingredients, coffee, tea, milk and sugar are available. From the dining table you can look at the old linden tree or the spring that actually flows from the Kirchberg in the middle of the village. Bath & care Spacious shower (90 x 160) with Rituals products from the green series for relaxing moments. Lots of storage space and a vintage "Schöner Wohnen" magazine for your time away. Comfort for families Washing machine, dryer, iron – everything there, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Strollers and bikes are safely stowed away, e-bikes can be charged overnight. Outdoor area & extras Terrace with seating for 5 people and charcoal grill Free parking at the house Table tennis table for fun with the kids E-bike charging station (3 places) Electric car charging station (for a fee) In summer the apartment remains pleasantly cool, in autumn and winter we preheat – temperature in each room individually adjustable. On request, you can book interim cleaning. Special extra Our wine rack offers Palatinate wines (sparkling wine, white wine, red wine) like in a hotel minibar. We are happy to refill or deliver wine to your home as a holiday souvenir. With a toddler? No problem – we will clear away the wine before your arrival if you wish. You will have a crib set up and the high chair placed in the dining room. Just let us know. Guest access You will have the complete ground floor apartment all to yourself – your retreat for relaxed family time! You can use everything you find: Rituals soap and shower products, fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, Kaba, milk, sugar, honey, pasta & pesto. Water is available in the bedrooms, in the fridge you will find complimentary water, juice and wine. Wine on the wine rack is chargeable like in a hotel minibar. Private bathroom with large shower (90 x 160) and plenty of space. Private mini laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron – perfect for families. The apartment includes a sunny terrace with seating area, parasol, outdoor socket and charcoal grill – ideal for evenings together. The ping pong table provides fun. In the covered common area, you can conveniently charge your e-bike overnight. Other things to note Please note that there are TWO Urspringen in Bavaria.
