Guest access We will try to personally receive you, but if we couldn't, the building has a lobby where a doorman will be present to register your entry and exit. They will provide you with the keys to the building and parking space. Other things to note In the back, less than 5 minutes away, you will find restaurants of all kinds of food and prices, as well as gourmet shops and the municipal market. The El Silencio urbanization is very quiet, and its two entrances are monitored 24 hours a day. Please note: -Only small pets are allowed, with an extra cost for detailed cleaning included in the Airbnb rate. Pets must be clean at all times. They should not make noise to avoid disturbing neighbors. Bring their own bed. They should not climb on furniture or beds. They must do their business outside the building. - Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. Parties or annoying noises, or loud music after 11:59 pm may be subject to a fine of $100 by the Building Administration. -Bed linen and towels are not provided for short stays. Only mattress covers and pillows are provided.
