Family Provencal rez-de-villa!

In this independent Provençal ground-floor villa: relaxation and leisure await! Come and enjoy the southern sun around a barbecue and friendly moments with your family in the SPA, always at the right temperature! Located 3 minutes by car from amenities, enjoy the festivities, the Var landscape, Lake Sainte-Croix, Saint-Cassien and the beaches of the French Riviera! Reservations are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you! The space The accommodation is composed of: - 3 bedrooms: _ 1 bedroom with a double bed, _ 1 bedroom with two single beds, _ 1 room/entrance with convertible sofa (closed), Sheets are provided for each bed. The rooms are equipped with dressers for your comfort during your stay. - a veranda, with a dining area and a Jacuzzi, Enjoy at any time of the day and whatever the weather, water always at the right temperature with the family!!! - a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine, Towels are at your disposal. - a living room/equipped kitchen (central island with sockets) with TV, wifi box and air conditioning, - a travel crib, high chair and baby cutlery are available, as well as children's toys, some board games and books. Outside: - a courtyard with summer kitchen/living room, equipped with a barbecue, a leisure pool table, a game of darts, - ping pong table, - a large trampoline, - outdoor games for children (a family archery set, Nerf pistols, a 14" bike, 2 scooters, a children's basketball hoop, a foam ball), - a fitness area, with a weight bench and accessories. - a pétanque court (provencal ball game), - private parking, which can accommodate 2 cars. Our little cat Kaloo, an adorable guardian who only asks for caresses and hugs, will unfortunately not be able to come with us. We just ask that you give him his meals. Other things to note We ask guests to arrive on Saturday from 3 p.m. and on the day of departure before 10 a.m. so that we can tour the accommodation and allow you to arrive with peace of mind. We ask our guests to leave the accommodation clean at the end of their stay, no cleaning fee is charged. A deposit check of €500 is required upon arrival.
