Guest access The entire first floor of the house is the Airbnb apartment! Private entrance and exit! Separated from second and third floor access! The second & third floor of the house occupy three additional apartments. There are three independent airbnb’s at this property. Our first floor Airbnb guests have their own private entrance/exit off the kitchen and front porch! Guests have access to a common stairwell off a dead bolted interior door to allow access to the basements coin operated laundry area. This allows you to access without going outside and around. Love that! Kitchen, dinning room, living room, king bedroom, queen bedroom (memory foam mattresses,) bathroom, free parking in the rear, two porches and shaded yard with empty green space next door. Other things to note You have two parking spaces in the rear lot. The first two spaces closest to the sidewalk are for your use. The other spaces are for our other airbnbs and our leased tennents. The house is about 100 years old so please do not chew on woodwork as there could be lead paint. The house has been professionally painted many times this is just an FYI. We do want our home to be treated with the upmost respect and ask for all bedding/towels to be placed in the marked laundry baskets in each bedroom (Mattress protector/comforter left on beds), Dishes loaded/washed in the dishwasher, all interior/exterior trash removed and placed in the dumpster provided. Recycle trash can provided . Please break down all recyle, smash cans etc. Our cleaning services will do the rest. Thank you.
