The outbuilding includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a kitchen, 1 terrace, another outdoor shower, and a third terrace also overlooking the pool. The garden is thus composed of 7 spaces: the South terrace, the North terrace, the terrace of the annex, the swimming pool, the Californian garden, and a grass field, as well as a swing area, and a bicycle garage... It is equipped with a bar cover to close it, but is not equipped with an anti-drowning detection system, so parents must be extra vigilant about their children, regardless of their ages.
