Clean and bright double room in a 3 story townhouse in Hampton Vale. We are walking distance to the main shopping centre, local shops, Progressive Property, Lynch Wood Park and lakes. We are around 10 minutes by car from the city centre, Peterborough area/showground and the bus stop into the city is a 5 minute walk away. The room is on the first floor and has access to a private cloakroom which is on the ground floor and a shared bath/shower room which is on the second floor. The room has a bed, chair and hanging rail. We also provide a tray with a small kettle, mug, glass and tea and coffee in the room. Parking is ‘on street’ on Farrow Avenue or Turnpike Road - 1 minute walk. If you arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am you can park on the road directly opposite the house. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen as they would like to. During your stay Either Shaun or Alan will be around to answer any queries. We’ll also provide a mobile number if required. We have a cat, however it’s not allowed access to the private bedroom but it does wander freely around the rest of the house.
