A spacious queen master bedroom & two queen size pull out couches keep everyone comfortable. Use the fully equipped kitchen or walk to restaurants that satisfy every craving and price range. The space Enter through the front door to be greeted with the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with pantry essentials. The bathroom is located to the right of the kitchen. Pass through the kitchen to an open concept living and dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful San Diego sunshine through the large windows. Sit and enjoy a meal, kick back and relax on the sectional couches, enjoy your favorite programs on the 65” smart tv, and take in the vintage skate and surf décor! The spacious bedroom is off the living room and provides a cozy space to lay your head for the night. Both couches pull out to queen sized beds that are firm and comfortable - not grandma’s saggy couch bed! Extra towels and linens are on hand for your stay. We keep the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. The laundry, equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, is located in the entry way closet. Guest access You have access to the condo itself, and using the gate key, you can pass upstairs to the common rooftop deck that overlooks the ocean and Imperial Beach pier to enjoy ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets. Other things to note Our place is decorated with carefully curated art and vintage surf and skate collectibles. The pieces on the walls are NOT for use and should not be touched. Young curious hands should be under parental observation at all times. Usable boogie boards are located by the armoire in the bedroom. Skateboards for riding can also be arranged upon request. Beach towels must be washed and dried the night before check out if used to ensure they are ready for the next guest Because beach life can get sandy, our condo is a shoes off place in order to keep our floors in clean condition for our guests. Kindly remove shoes prior to entering. Please do not use the exit door located in the bedroom except in case of absolute emergency. Due to ongoing issues with Mexico's sewage dumping and ocean current flow, the water quality in Imperial Beach can be contaminated . Signs are posted on the beach by the lifeguards when they recommend not swimming. This is causing closures of the water (not the beach itself). We advise Guests to check the website at SDbeachinfo . com to inform themselves as to the water quality at the beach so they can make their own decision.
