Beautiful and quiet Villa Hana offers two separate fully furnished flats with air conditioning in the bedrooms, a shady garden and terraces. Featuring a beautiful view of the "Holy Mountains" and the balloons starting over palm groves, the villa is only a 4-minute walk away from the Nile. Located on Luxor's Western Embankment, with its brand-new Corniche for enjoying the Nile view towards Luxor temple, all West Thebes Attractions, are close and easily accessible by bicycle/tuktuk/taxi. The space The rooms are very spacious, open kitchen, eating and lounging areas with TV are combined. The garden and patio are mostly in the shadow, with lemon trees and hibiscus in the front and barbecue in the back. Upstairs the sleeping room is separated by a door and has its own small balcony, downstairs the large sleeping area is just curtained off . Air conditioning close to the bed and fans for the living room areas. Both baths have a bath tub. Two locally made lounge chairs are provided and two folding chairs. the terrace is very large and partially shaded and has two outdoor sofa benches. From the roof (unfinished) the Nile and the "holy" mountains can be seen, and, in early morning the hot air balloons starting and, sometimes, approaching. Guest access All areas can be accessed, The main terrace is open for both apartments and enclosed with metal railings. The roof terrace is unfinished, with a rather steep staircase access, and probably not suitable for children on their own. The front garden may need one or two of the outdoor carpets as flooring, if you want to sit there, as it is more sand than grass, which grows poorly, but you can also sit on the porch.
