This double-storey townhouse feels private and secure. It is my home (that you'll have exclusive use of), so you'll find the standard comforts, plus a couple of luxuries – hello, filter coffee. And if that wasn't 'Melbourne' enough, the 'famous' 1800 Lasagne restaurant and cocktail bar is right at the end of the street. The space You have exclusive use of the home – a double-storey townhouse that's private and secure. Your bedroom is on the ground floor, as is your bathroom with shower and bath, plus separate toilet. Upstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and living, and a terrace that catches the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with the usuals: stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, plus a Moccamaster filter coffee machine. The living area has a smart TV, Sonos speaker and record player.
