Here you will find a new, comfortable and spacious apartment, a clean and quiet environment surrounded by a garden of palm trees and succulents. There is a relaxation area with children's games. Parking is private. All within walking distance of the center in a decidedly "green" area. In our home, we try to recreate a family atmosphere. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, equipped with independent heating and a Wi-Fi amplifier for internet connection. The environment consists of a kitchen room of about 35 square meters equipped with a smart TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso Krups), kettle, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses and various dishes. Two double bedrooms of about 14 square meters each, one of which has a covered balcony of about 8 square meters where there is a washing machine. Both rooms are equipped with illuminated nightstands, a wardrobe, a mirror, a makeup space and a TV. The bathroom is spacious (about 8 square meters) with a large shower, sink with illuminated mirror, toilet, bidet and there is also a wall-mounted hairdryer. Our guests are provided with pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets and towels. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests can also access any outdoor space and use all the items outside, both in the relaxation area and in the adjoining play area. The internet connection, via the wifi amplifier, is only available inside the apartment Other things to note The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four (4) people, including minors. Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required from all guests, including minors, as required by law. The location allows you to be in an area adjacent to the historic center, but easily accessible (15 minutes walk, a few minutes by car) and at the same time, allows you to be free to leave Arezzo quickly, both in the direction of Perugia/Cesena, and towards the highway.
